LOVESEXY: give it up for the CLOTHES y'all! I know a lot of y'all HATE the way he/they looked during Lovesexy time & think all the polka dots & buttons were really tacky BUT I really love it  I think the clothes reflect the spirit of the album & tour, it all reeks of joy & spirit & love.
Above all else, they must have had FUN designing & wearing those clothes. Maybe I'm bias b/c Lovesexy was my first Prince concert ever  But whatever, these clothes are fun & sexy.
Give it up for the polka dot heels you muthas!!

I dig polka dots. I did a series of airbrush illustrations of women, all wearing polka dot clothes. Probably inspired in part by the Lovesexy garb.
