Anotherloverholenyohead While on my journey of rediscovering P, I decided to pick up a copy of the Parade album. I just popped in the cd and played Anotherloverholenyohead...omg..I knew I liked the song when it was out, but it has been about 17 years since I have heard it and damn, I had forgotten how funky this song is. I love it.   This will be my repeat song for a while..  Anyone else feelin' Anotherloverholenyohead? | |

Yes, this song definitely deserves some love as far as I'm concerned. It most definitely brings the funk. Whenever I listen to it, I have to listen a few times...never just once. You are gonna make me go pull that cd out right now! LOL "Vous ete tres belle mama, girls and boys"

Yes, there is a 12" of it, and it makes a great song even better - it's quite deceptive too - there's LOADS going on in the 12" version... trust me, u will LOVE it!

Very spooky..  I have been sitting on this cd for over a week and for some reason I just decided to open and play the cd. I kinda of listened to some of the songs but I started getting anxious and ended up skipping some songs in order to go straight to it.

LOVE Anotherloverholenyohead!
All the freaky funky sounds goin in and out of the mix. The popping bass playing. The interchanging vocal parts. Nice! I also love the longer intro on the 12" version with the stripped down drum machine at the begining. sounds so cool on the record.

Play it LOUD. A fellow orger was nice enough to send me the mp3 file and everyone is right, the 12" is even funkier ...if that's even possible . I don't know if he wants me to shout him out or not, but he knows who he is....thanks a bunch for making my day..

You know, I never realized I liked this song that much at all, until one day I was making a 'Definitive Prince' mix for a friend back in '95... I just couldn't deny it - this jam just had to be on there!
