what the hell is that person saying at the beginning of If I Was Your Girlfriend? It sounds like a preist at a amrriage ceremony, cuz of the music, but I've played it backwards and slowed it down, sped it up...no clue.

I think it says "Look at the bargins offered here ladies", as if to say look at a good man.
