ONE (stupid? hope not!) Question about Emancipation

Ok y'all, maybe this has already been discussed without my noticing before ...

In the booklet of Emancipation I found this:

"In this bed I scream" ...dedicated to WENDY, LISA and SUSANNAH

Now, is this song about losing their LOVE or losing their FRIENDSHIP or what else ?! hmmm
