The contact ebay and theyy them the shirt they are selling is not original, nor is it licensed that they did a color print of your art which was made for private use only not meant for legal sale - You must stress that. Why don't you contact ebay, show your picture that also list the date of the posting and ebay will make them take it down. It has happened before that ebay will end action early because of issues about proper ownership. I would definitely contact them. Good luck!
