A DJ friend gave me a copy on cassette in high school, and I remember thinking I'd get busted for having a bootleg (hah!) if I let anyone know I had it.
Later I bought the orange vinyl version, which is still on my wall, then a CD bootleg in Davis, and finally the official release vinyl and cd.

Adding up my bootleg and official purchases, I've spent over 100 bucks for the Black Album, and I would do it all over again.

Jeez, that kind of puts things in perspective as far as NPGMC goes!

SORRY GUYS NOTHING QUITE AS UNUSUAL OR LENGTHY. I WALKED INTO HMV IN 1994 AND BOUGHT IT! I THINK IT WAS £12.99
