Do you think he'll EVER open the Vault? i'm tired of waiting. I wish he'd throw us just a crumb or two.

I don't mean to be morbid, I really don't, but does it bother anyone else that the vault probably won't be emptied until after Prince passes away? You know whoever ends up in control of his unreleased material is going to release damn near all of it. So if Prince lives to be 90 years old we have another 44 years to wait! | |

I've always heard P has recordings with Miles Davis in the Vault. Is this True? Why is your Organ so small?

The tracks you list are great and yes I'd like to hear better quality versions but I want to hear the stuff that doesn't circulate, in whatever sound quality! Just got The Vault book and reading about 'The Flesh' sessions etc I'm like  I have to hear it!  if you've gotta pay for things that you've done wrong I've gotta big bill coming at the end of the day- Gil Scott Heron

I'm wondering if a lot of the songs are fully recorded or just written. Remember when he released "The Vault...Old Friends 4 Sale". Some of that was supposed to have been from 1984. Nothing on there sounds like 1984 to me. Maybe it could have been written in 1984 but it sure as hell does not sound like it could have been recorded in 1984. I know some songs from the vault are recorded because of the bootlegs.
As far as Prince releasing good material from the vault...I think he is just holding on to that for when he REALLY gets ready to retire. That way he can still have money coming in. Andy is a four letter word. | |
