This question is for the ladies To all my fellow female org members. This might be the wrong thread for this so moderators please feel free to move this if you must.
Anyway I was just wondering what do you think about Prince constantly stating that a woman has to follow a "role" and making comments such as "that's what's wrong with the women of the 21st century, they don't know their place."(You can read his exact words in a thread on this site titled "Interesting Read -from7/25/01") And let's not forget the song 1+1+1=3.....I was rockin' the hell out of that song until I learned what Theocratic order meant(thanks org by the way....without u, I never would have known). So I guess it is safe to say he doesn't consider women to be his equal, and to me that is so sad. Makes me have a different view of him. I pitty his wife, what she must go through. What do u think? Hmmm....
I don't really know how 2 respond 2 this. But if he doesn't think of women as an equal then that's his own personal opinion. He's entitled. I may not be old enough 2 be putting in my two cents...but 2 me that is a bit awkward of him. And when I think about it it kinda pisses me off. Like does he think of us as just people 2 clean the house and take care of the kids??? U know? Remember that line in GB where he said "I'm your baby and ur supposed 2 take care of me."? That reminds me of this certain situation.  WHo knows, maybe he changed after he got married again.  Frogs Are Cool.
