Looks like a fake or a promo thing. 2 singles on the same record. It's not a long version just the song on a 12" record. I did hear a remix of Musicology this weekend..it was ok.

aw man, look at that thing. I'd say: promo.
Thanks for letting us know though. I'd love
to get my hands on some Musicology vinyl.

yeah, it was kinda adequate, huh? i was excited when they played it at first, then it just got too wonky and break-happy and i wasn't really diggin' it after the first couple minutes. nice that it exists though, i spose. shrug

Yeah pretty uninspired...You know, I have never heard a remix done by someone else of P music and liked it. At least not any recent ones. The only ones I have ever liked have been done by him. The others sound flat...and sounding like everything else. He also has a tendency to make them extended instead of remixing them...but that's more of a longer version of the existing one. Also, I am not that aware of any recent remixes of his stuff...so that could be where my knowledge falls short.

The William Orbit remixes of "Electric Chair" and "The Future" are pretty kick-ass, as remixes go.

Is that who did them? No wonder...the Future is one of my favorites. Now that you mention it, it does sound like him. It's almost like Prince recorded new vocals for it. Not that crazy about electric chair, though. (On SNL it was very HOT) Though for some reason I keep thinking of Witness for the Prosecution when I hear that song....prolly something about trading chairs and doing time.
