Would any of y'all recommend the following Prince books:

Prince: A Life In Music by Matthew Carcieri
Prince: A Pop Life by Dave Hill
33 And 1/3 Sign O The Times (not sure about the author)

I've been looking for some books about Prince for a while without much luck but the above titles are all on Amazon. Are any of them worth reading?

i thought the liz jones book was interesting, and i really like the 33 1/3 book though it's not everybody's cup of tea - it's written kind of from the author's autobiological perspective, sort of as a meditation of SOTT...if you're looking for dirt and juicy gossip, you'd be sorely disappointed...but if you want to read a really charming deconstruction of SOTT, it's a nice read.
