Backwards is sounding soooo good!!! Really a piece of masterwork.. You should try and sing a song, and then play it backwards, really genius!!!! For and backwards nice melody!!!

Whenever I hear the end of Darling Nikki, I actually hear the real message playing forward in my head.  Really!
When I was a kid, I had recorded my PR album unto tape. I listened to it SOOO many times, that I nearly wore it out. So, with a thinned tape, when I flipped it over to hear When Doves Cry, I could hear the backward message going forward!!! I can't type what I say for the words (and this is after watching religious TV - Channel 40 for yall in L.A. - that had me thinking Prince was from the devil...but his artistry and God said: "nu-uh!"). I didn't mess up my mama's record playa (cuz she woulda kicked my natural black @ss) but I ruined my Purple Rain record. Had to by "the tape" trying to play that mess backwards cuz I didn't believe Channel 40...think of the obvious taint they put on 1999 by turning it upside down. | |
