could Life O The Party be the next (US) single? considering that Prince has played Musicology(single) and the video for Call My Name (single) on the Musicology tour could that mean that he's also planning Life O The Party as a single because he has played it since the tour started.. I don't like Life O The Party anymore at all. Used to think it was corny from the beginning
but after a while I kind of started to like it. Now I think it's just flat and silly. I replaced it with Magnificent on my own version of Musicology. I also ditched Zukini Slapper in favor of United States Of Division and added Silvertongue to it. Much better that way. Ah, how we Prince fans always think we know better than Prince and make our own "better" versions of his albums and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Eh, I like Life O' The Party, and I think it has about as much potential as any of Prince's other singles since the symbol album, in other words none at all. But I do like it quite a bit, and at Paisley in June they were playing a remix of it that I liked a lot too - nothing too radically different though, so I imagine if you don't like the original you wouldn't like the remix. It's seriously the highlight of the live show for me, for some reaons. "Throwin' wreckas out the windah! CDs out the do'!!" Love it. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
