I Heard TWO Prince Songs on the Radio Today!! Guess I'm surprised because they hardly EVER play Prince on the radio here. I was driving around tonight, flipping through the stations, and heard "Eye Would Die 4 U" and "Kiss" (on two different stations, even!). Got me all excited, thinking about the upcoming concert in Detroit next weekend!

It's true, lately the stations have been playing Prince songs more now than before, a couple of times now I've turned on the radio and caught 'Purple Rain', 'Let's go crazy', 'Kiss', & 'When Doves Cry' & 'Raspberry beret' too, are songs are hear most often, and was suprised to hear 'Adore' once for the first time on radio ...looks like they're celebrating the concert & PRINCE, and they very should be ALL THE TIME!!! but dang thats a nice radio station u have over there,i think ive only heard musicology song 1,but our 80's station is good,so ill hear prince on it bout 2 times a week ignorance isnt bliss its....its......its.......a another bit word....... | |

i was watching cnn this morning and they kept playing clips from different songs from Purple Rain (i would die 4 u, the beautiful ones) while covering normal news stories. go figure. | |

its about the only station i listen 2 nowdays(cuz if u listen 2 our top 40 station theyll play the top 10 only,very boring),but the xm version is WAY much better,i heard even batdance on xm's 80s on 8(station 8) ignorance isnt bliss its....its......its.......a another bit word....... | |

I've been hearng Call my Name pretty regularly
Plus the main station I listen to is the local "hits and oldies" station I only change for commercials or if a passenger looks like they might have a panic attack from 80's overload If you will, so will I | |
