Personally, I wish he was playing more songs from Musicology... But as for older hits, I could list a few I'd like to hear but I'm sure he wouldn't play them these days. sad

Mountains: only to hear if Eric & Atlanta's horn breakdown at the end of the song can be matched.
Girls & Boys: A perfect song for an arena tour.
I wanna be your lover: Ain't nothin' wrong with that song.
17 Days: preferably acoustic, wouldn't you agree.
She spoke to me: it would be a welcome surprise.
Love sign: Wouldn't hurt.

Damn, there's so much to choose from, me heads gonna explode or go blank.

They rehearsed this one for the tour. It was part of a medley with Elephants & Flowers

First of all, I'd add some swear words and jerking off with guitars. To hell with this new JW thing he's into. As far as songs? Here's what I really missed:

Dolphin
P Control
Head
The Same December
Paisley Park (I wanted this 1 more than any)
Darling Nikki
When You Were Mine
Mountains
Sister
Face Down
Gett Off
Zannalee
Mad Sex
Delirious
Sexy M.F.
The Rest of My Life
Annie Christian
Starfish and Coffee
No
Anna Stesia
Everywhere
1+1+1 is 3
Under the Cherry Moon
Family Name
The Everlasting Now
Last December

To name a few....

Someone on the org brought up Prince doing an "adult" concert after finishing his "family" oriented 1. I think this is an EXCELLENT idea, and if his God people allow it, it could sell out stadiums in the way that Musicology currently is.

Luv & Peace,
Alex

Hey, it was on "ONA... Live," so...

My picks:

When You Were Mine
Scandalous
Erotic City (he can say "funk," he can re-write the lyrics, whatever. I just want that groove to hit Boston again)
Pop Life (I haven't seen anything from ATWIAD in the setlists on a regular basis)
Girls and Boys
Anotherloverholinyohead
It's Gonna Be a Beautiful Night
Strange Relationship
I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man
If I Was Your Girlfriend
Thieves in the Temple
Gett Off (which isn't THAT dirty...)
My Name is Prince (just open one show with it instead of "Musicology"... just as a surprise)
The Most Beautiful Girl in the World

Redayh

Darlin' Nikki- I would settle for just an instrumental version (particularly of the end), being as how he is opposed to the lyrics these days.

Automatic

Crazy You- Acoustic

She's Always in My Hair

Anna Stesia

Etc.

Haven't seen the full set list, but I'm travelling all the Way to Washington D.C. (from the U.K.) next month, so I guess I'll see it in the flesh. I'm a bit of a guitar fan, so I'd love to see the following:

Sign O The Times
Dolphin
Electric Chair
One Of Us
I've never been one for this thing obsession...
