uk tour? Please help, I can't afford to come to the states and see Prince (wife won't let me, she thinks he's gay) so I'm desparate to find out if and when he is coming to a cold and wet uk. All I hear is that he always tours the states but I really need him to come to the uk. so any information would be greatly received, also any donations to get me to the states.  | |

There really should be a sticky about this, I see this question time and again.
Although Prince has said the Musicology Tour will be a world-wide tour, there are no officially confirmed dates outside of the States at present, although many believe Prince will come to Europe, either at the end of the year or more likely, next year sometime. There is a company which has for ages advertised inclusive hotel tickets for Prince at the Zenith in Paris on October 28th I emailed the company and got this reply: we have been told by very reliable sources in Paris that this date is correct.
However I now notice it has changed to Bercy Palais des Omnisports arena an indoor 16,000 capacity venue in Paris (so I guess it wasn't that reliable after all!) http://www.londoncallingm.../index.htm This is the only reference to Prince appearing in concert in Europe this year I know of, personally I would take it with a pinch of salt, especially since they seem uncertain of the venue, but you never know... | |

In addition, on the concert forum Bastich has posted a link to a site claiming that Prince will play on October 15th in Seville, Spain, as part of a concert festival running parallel with the world Wakeboard championships (a wakeboard is a combination of snowboarding and water-skiing).
Weirdly, the rest of the bill seems to be rap and hip hop, concluding with Eminem the day after. Again, this is unconfirmed but you never know... | |

Maceo is scheduled for november 30th at Paradiso in Amsterdam. However, he was scheduled earlier this year (march and june) but those shows were delayed for medical reasons (yeah right, since march the man is on the american road with Prince). | |
