Celebration: Can we say chairs please... I have a really long list of enjoyable things that I liked about Celebration, too many to list. However I need to find out if the things that I would change are the same as yours?
1) Chairs in the sound stage area or at least rugs and cushions on the floor in the back. Somewhere to sit! 2) More activities in the day. Such as vollyball as well as basketball maybe. I blade and would love if NPG would post a day for skating (dance or distance). A music circle on another day, picnic style. So on... 3) Better food for sale and places to sit and eat. What do u guys think??? | |

This year I will be attending my first Celebration, but I will make one suggestion.
All VIP ticket holders should get to ride the rides at the Mall of America for free. Tee Hee | |

I have to agree about having chairs to sit on, Pleeassssseee.
More activities during the day sounds really good. I like your idea of volleyball.  I'm sure Prince will have the basketball hoop out again this year.
As far as the food is concerned, this past year was a vast improvement than the first year. I think it's difficult to get better food stands on the grounds of Paisley Park that do NOT sell meat of any kind. Therefore, we have beverage,ice cream,corn on the cob type stands. I would like to see a REAL pizza stand there. Not some guy serving up pizza that was brought in from who knows where. | |

As far as I am concerned, if NPGMC will not sponser such type of organization, then maybe Prince Org could put up some sort of page with a collection of these things! I'm not saying that Prince.org be responsible for setting this up, but more for being a catch all for the people whoDO want to get together, and maybe having a seperate page highlighting and possibly consolidating many of the possible events that can go on in MPLS during that week! - Cheers! -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

I have to agree with you Berry. That would be a dream to be able to sit down and enjoy a concert with the man, and on pillows!? That would be nice...dancing could be done behind the seating...nice. | |
