Good Morning Everyone, I don't know how many of you have thought of this but LIL MAN will be qualified in 2003 to go into the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME. As you know this is one of the greatest honors a musician can receive. Usually the recipient of this award is granted substantial amount of time to deliver their speech. Plus to boot, they get to play an extended set of music. Then they come back on stage to jam with other recipients/honorees for the ceremony's finale.

I can see LIL MAN delivering a great thought-provoking speech that will make his audience think(maybe something deep,spiritual and cosmic..you dig?). Then I can see him taking the stage for a performance to be reckoned with(probably be something worth setting the VCR for). Who knows what material he will perform. However, I think he probably won't take the stage for the finale with the other recipients on stage. That's just not a Princely for him to do(LOL). But then again he just may. Has anyone else given any thought about his upcoming qualifications to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame???

Let's hope the uspeakable doesn't happen and he is somehow overlooked like did they have done to some other worthty artists.

Prince better make it! i mean how would u NOT include a musical Genius like Prince Rogers Nelson?

I for one give no credibilty to this award or association. There is too much inside politics and too many artist distance themselves from this beast..

Joni Mitchell refused to accept her award, hopefully Prince would do the same....


I do think that it would be neat to see Prince win a Kennedy Center Honer..But thats not going to happen for another twenty years..if it does at all.
