news is a good CD because it sounds totally different from anything prince has ever done. The album is experimental. it does take a few listenings to get into it because there are no in your face prince references. the song east is quite moving. blackwell really can hit that drum kit.
it's better than mad house.
when it is playing, you can almost forget that it's on because it's so mellow.
