Prince and his learning of his instruments Does prince actually know how to read/write music on a score? Or does he only know things by ear. Same with learning the paiano/guitar/everythign else - did he learn it by ear, or did he have lessons. I am very curious.

he learned and plays by ear. He cannot read music, he said this himself at one of the recent soundchecks. | |

hmmm....so i guess the parts in pruple rain of him reading his fathers music and writing his own on paper were fake if he can't read.....he's still great anyway!!!!! It's better to have and not need, than to need and not have! | |
