Does anyone have a pic of the yellow BMW Prince was driving in the "Gangsta Glam" vid? I love that car but when I went to the celebration in 2000 it was a different color (gold).....I love the yellow one....help me out with a pic

It's a 1991 Bmw 850i. I have the same car but mine is Diamond Black. V12 Power to boot. I play Gansta Glam all the time in the summer, and people know what the deal is.

The White Roadster is better suited to Prince...he did nt need the cushions to see over the steering wheel in that model.

I used to work for BMW in the mid 90´s ( part time job while I was studying ), and we use´d to check the Beemers before we send them to the USA, so P´s BMW was there, too, albeit years before I started working there. It was interesting to see which countries order which colors, i.e. Japanese would only order conservative colors such as gray, black, white or blue, Americans chose yellow, green, red, pink, babyblue and so on, Arabs would order colors with different colors( pink top, yellow bottom etc..with mint green leatherseats),etc.etc.
Of all BMW, the 850 i model loses value rapidly. It´s ridiculous how much value it loses after just a couple of years.
The roadster (Z 3 ) is OK, but I probably drove it like few thousand times, and I wouldn´t want to have one. The Z1 is much, much cooler and really rare ( has the nicest doors I´ve ever seen..they disappear underneath the car , sort of get sucked up ).
My personal favorite is the 1996 750 i....kind of a conservative old man´s car, but really comfortable and easy to drive...
Prince never should have got his car dipped in gold..
PS: The 850 i is considered sort of a pimp car in Germany. I used to drive its predecessor, the 635csi , 1985 model...now THAT was a true pimp ride.
Still on of my favorite BMWs.
