Opinions please

It has a haunting sound to it. I'm not sure who it is he's approaching here; his wife, perhaps? But it's funky. I love that synth lick. "Do our time before time began, before I was a woman before you were a man? Before sex & race ever mattered".....
I don't really get it, but man, he's got a lively imagination..."Magnificent" is the title btw. Hauntingly beautiful/funky/very original. I love it.

love it, the way it's layered... yummie. great beat, like the way it starts, and great lyrics too.

i like it. it kinda reminds me of what it'd sound like if he did a song for a bond movie. i dunno why.

it's alright. it's very "of-its-time"... meaning very 2000 "High/Peace" sounding.... okay, but kind of half-assed like most of the material from that period.

I like the song bcuz it sounds like a demo,a very good1 but a demo nontheless. It has a i just made this 45 minutes ago sound 2it.

I like it. I usually play it as a bonus/hidden track to Chocolate Invasion. It works great that way.

Haven't heard it...

For some reason, P insists on inserting weird bridges into some of his songs, and too often they work against the song, breaking the mood and the rythym.
This song is one example.
Others would be "When Eye lay My Hands on You" (I hate the bridge on that one), and "U Make My Sun Shine".

it ain't very magnificent to me...just sounds sorta paint-by-numbers, imo.

(The last two lines are great, tho, a reference to touching a lover much like Carlos touches a song with his gorgeous lead guitar..undercored with P's brilliant lead guitar work.

i really like that beat going in teh back... an ok song, but its catchy
