i never noticed this but i jus downloaded grand theft auto the first one and it jammed back wit prince songs. in beginning were they have the menu its playing i wanna be ur lover, and then when u first start its playing dirty mind. i dont kno the rest cuz i jus stop to tell ya'll. give me some feedback if u play this game

Well, you downloaded it. That answers your question... it's obviously modded.

on the first grand theft auto? i dont think princes songs are meant to be on there, from what i remember all the songs are made up, like rockstar games made 'em. where did you download it from? recently rockstar games let you download the game legally for free but it doesn't have any prince songs on it!

I gotta add my voice to this....
My ex was the musician who worked on the music for this game, and NO Prince music is on the game. The Gold Experience & Exodus had just been released and were being played constantly in our house, so the music is heavily influenced.....but it's not P's.
