Contracts

Hi,
Does anybody know how many times Prince re-signed/re-negotiated his contract with WB records. If so, At what periods of his career did they occur?

I remeber a story that around the time just after 1999, steve fargnoli approached WB to negotiate a new contract and he something along the lines of, "the guy wants to make a movie. If you cant do this for him, you'll lose him".
