did anyone notice prince is on the front page of amazon.com. This could be good promotion for musicology!

Amazon changes the front page for each time you go...dependign on the computer you are on. The cookies track where you have been and bring up appropriate items for you to see based on your clicks and searches.

It also changes pricing ever so slightly all of the time to see what people are willing to pay for things (like will a CD sell for 12...will it sell for 14? stuff like that). Unless you saw some sort of banner, I doubt that it would be promoting Prince directly.

Right now I see OutKast on my front page.
