I heard this Dancehall/Reggae cover of 1999 last week.

I was walking in my 'hood when someone's SUV drove by and had this song on full blast. Interesting. But then again, it's not surprising because there's Dancehall versions of pop songs being produced all the time. Anyone know who did this track by any chance?

I guess it was. It's as good as Reggae/Dancehall covers of pop tunes get.
