Which Prince album should I get 4 My Birthday?

I was thinking of:

1. Diamonds & Pearls
2. One Nite Alone...Live!
3. Graffiti Bridge
4. Dirty Mind

What do you think? I don't even know if Diamonds & Pearls is good. Help me out, somebody.

Go get Dirty Mind. Out of all of your choices, DM has no filler on it at all. Just a funky, nasty, incredible album.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

I beg to differ.
Too much of anything is never good.

And indeed; the most popular choice is Dirty Mind. It's also the most logical choice. It represents the music that made him big. He might not want to play it; but we do. Besides all the logical reasons (When You Were Mine, Dirty Mind, Uptown and Head, it also features one of my favourite Prince classics Do It All Night. Just play that one and enjoy your birthday.

And erm....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! party present martini cake beer

UR RIGHT,2 MUCH OF 1 THING ISN'T GOOD, BUT LET'S REMEMBER WHO WE'RE SPEAKING OF. PRINCE IS SO DIVERSE MUSICALLY THAT U WOULDN'T REALLY B GETTING AN OVERDOSE OF THE SAME THING. FUNK, ROCK, SOUL,JAZZ, A TASTE OF COUNTRY, A COMBO OF ANY OF THESE MENTIONED, U JUST CAN'T GO WRONG. WON'T GET IT N THE SAME OCTAVE EITHER!
