Hey everybody, eye'm new 2 the site, but not new 2 the Prince scene.
Eye'm 14 years old...and eye can still remember hearing "Kiss" blaring from my moms car when eye was really little. Eye just went 2 my first ever concert on June 2. Prince.
My mom freeked out and wasn't going 2 let me go. 1.) Because it was on a school day.
2.) Because she is scared that eye like Prince.
Obviously she doesn't see what affect her 80's fettish has had on me.

2 bad my mom wasn't there 2 C it.....

Anyways, eye hope eye'm welcome here with people who get it.

It's still quite, quite, trippy to me people so young can become Prince fans.

I dunno why, I was 12 when I became a fan, in 1991, but it just seems so strange that Prince is picking up new fans now.

How do we explain all the "stuff" that is so accustomed to us!! You know, someone says something, and we all know instantly what it relates to, we know so much, inside out - yet new fans are coming to this whole **thing** a new!!
