It is one of the worst of Prince's songs because of the horrendous rapping and STUPID chorus.

but c thats what i don't get..i think jughead was meant 2 b a funny song...hell when i listen 2 it all i can do is laugh....thats y the rappin is there i think...to make us laugh...

Ah does anyone remember that year...a dance craze took the nation by storm and everyone was, indeed, doing the jughead. MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice...they were biting the mad skills of the jughead. I remember many nights, in a smokey club, dancing the jughead till the early morn, running my hair through my typhoon do...ahh what a great cultural phenomenon that was.

Good funky punchy song- good 2 dance 2 and funny too with Tony, Rosie and Prince having a go! I also love superjam "Push" which again has Rosie and Tony rapping on it! Rosie sounded good when rapping-sorta like Queen latifah-I liked her raps alot! Both "push" and "Jughead" r still great 4 me as I love that early 90's pop music!


Hey, some of u 'serous' people need 2 change perspective a little- not every song needs 2 be a bloody work of art u know! If u don't dig it then fine but don't hate if 'cause of the goofy lyrics! Some of u need a better sense of humour i think..... I've downloaded it just to know what y'all were laughing at, and really, it isn't SO bad. Sure, it's cheesy and giddy and embarrassing...but it isn't actually terrible..it's an easy listen. It amused me more than anything.
