Full "One Night Alone" Tour Schedule from Billboard.com NEW TOUR DATES SCHEDULED - from a new Billboard.com article:
http://www.billboard.com/...id=1344181 Prince's Spring Tour Grows Enigmatic R&B/funk artist Prince has confirmed 28 dates for his planned U.S. tour in support of his latest album, "The Rainbow Children" (NPG). As previously reported, the One Nite Alone With Prince tour will kick off March 1 in Saginaw, Mich., and will last through a May 4 finale in Las Vegas. The tour will visit theaters and halls throughout the country, including Avery Fisher Hall at New York's Lincoln Center on April 9. The artist is planning a stripped down show, devoid of "bungee cords, pyrotechnics, [and] back-up dancers," according to a statement. Along with his band, the New Power Generation, Prince is planning "jazz-tinged" shows with no set lists, featuring material he has never before performed in a concert setting. Fans can expect a "thought-provoking show" featuring songs from "The Rainbow Children," as well as classic hits that he has not performed for some time. Special guests expected to be along for the ride include noted saxophonists Maceo Parker and Candy Dulfer. Along with advance-purchase opportunities, members of the Prince fan organization the New Power Generation Music Club (NPGMC) will have access to pre-concert soundchecks and after-show parties at various tour stops.
