"Prince is taking to the road with his band, the New Power Generation, beginning March 1 in Saginaw, Mich. Currently, the artist has six shows scheduled through March 10, but more dates are expected through the spring. Members of the New Power Generation Membership Club (NPGMC) will have the first crack at tickets for shows, as well as access to information on new dates. For details, visit the NPGMC Web site.

Prince will be out on in support of his latest album, "The Rainbow Children," released on his own NPG Records label. A free download of the song "She Loves Me 4 Me" is available through the album's official Web site.

Previewed last summer during a weeklong event at his Paisley Park Studios in Minneapolis, "The Rainbow Children" was initially made available last October only as downloads to members of the NPGMC. The disc is now available via traditional and online retailers.
