Be careful what you ask for: I sent NPG an e-mail, Mon., suggesting coffee mugs, with a picture of Prince, as a tour merchandise request. So I'm sitting at a resaurant downtown Mpls., about 11:00 that night, having a mug of cofee, when in walks Prince, pretty as a picture all dressed in black, including his fedora, except for the red rose in his lapel. He was with Manny and a bodyguard. They left in a white stretch limo.

[I don't get it... was he carrying a coffe cup with his picture on it or something? Does this mean if I ask for CDs of new music as merchandise, and I play any CD, he'll walk in?? -Ben]
