Membership renewals are happening on February 15, right? Well, pre-sale tickets are February 14! I wanted to make sure that I can buy presale tickets as a member of NPGMC, whether it's a 2001 member or a 2002 member. I emailed NPGMC, and this is how they responded:

The presale emale will go out 2 all the Premium Members the night b4 the presale. Additionally u will b able 2 get the password from the MEMBER website on the CONCERTS page the same day as the presale. The presales will also last 2 days so u will have plenty of time 2 purchase ur tix.

Options 4 renewing will b available on Feb. 15th, Premium Members renewing should have a seemless transition and not miss out on anything.

I guess that means there won't be a problem.... if you can get to the concerts page of NPGMC, you'll have the password. So I guess old and new members will have access.
