Just happened to catch Sheila while flipping channels. A few mentions for her lil' Bunny website....no mention of Prince. She did say that she is having a hard time getting stars to give money..most will just offer to perform.
Otherwise, O'Reilly pressed her on whether gasngsta rap was "garbage" (she agreed it was a bad influence on children), and also proceeded to call Ludacris a "punk".
Um, Mr. O'Reilly....what exactly does Sheila E. have to with gansta rap?

Actually, the only Gangsta Rap Artist who was named was 50 Cent. O'Reilly brought up Gangsta Rap as a point of saying that they (Gangsta Rap) should be contributing the most money to foundations like Sheila E's. O'Reilly spoke well of Sheila and promised to help her with her cause. He is a fairly honest person, and I do believe he will put forth some effort to help her foundation. If you call her appearance there, (The O'Reilly Factor) a mistake, I feel sorry for you.

Didn't Shelia divulge that she was raped when she was 5-years old? She was young and did not understand and had a hard time at school going to the bathroom. Said her stomach was bloated. Mr. O'Rielly said possibly because of that tragic experience, Shelia has a strong conviction to help disadvantaged children. She agreed.

Then the challenge ... having rappers who show off their luxurious lifestyle with all their money and getting sponsorships even ... when Shelia agreed that if she could have the money spent on one of the rapper's many cars, the money would help greatly.

Shelia said Sheryl Crow and Stevie Wonder stepped up to donate money but most of the artists she has dealt with only wanted to contribute playing. Yeah, Prince was not mentioned but you have to think that he has some involvement with Shelia and Lil' Angel Bunny.

O'Reilly is a dickhead. He's so obsessed with stereotyping and branding anything that doesn't fit in his world the way he wants it to that he'll use ANY situation to promote his agenda. He wants everyone to only see things his way. If it were up to him, America wold be a bland, sterile clone of...Canada! (just kidding). "Gangsta rap" is just a neat little box conservatives use to put any rapper they don't consider tasteful in. As for fingering the rappers, it shows the ignorance and/or deviousness of O'Reilly. The rappers he's talking about are certainly not without fault, however, the real owners of the cars and estates we see in the videos, the media execs, are the ones that need to quit perpetuating this crap and start giving more to programs like Sheila's.
