February is turning out to be the best month for us Prince fans in I don't know how long. And Mel Gibson is going to be there. I will definetly be watching and taping.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Any guesses as to what song(s) will be played? "Uptown", anyone? Well, a guy can wish, right?

Of course Prince should play "The Cross" or rather "The Christ" on this show!

If they let him debut "The Work" on the Tonight Show, you know we're most likely gonna hear some Musicology next week...

Speaking of which, I find it rather interesting the frequency Leno has had him on the last few years compared to uh.... every other show never having him as a guest.

Did Leno just realize he kicked ass back in 2001, and no one else has clued in?

Wow, my first post since January. I sure have laid off posting around here.

remember when Leno played the guard and wouldn't let Prince's limo through... I wonder if there'll be another practical joke.

Great News smile

Hey Lets all write David Letterman's show and see if they will book Prince when he is NYC for the Rock Hall Induction! smile

http://talkshows.about.co...ildave.htm

If you would like to email David or any of the Late Show gang, you can do so by sending email to lswdl@aol.com

* who knows if that "aol.com" email works I found it in a google search? The link above gives the whole page..maybe we all can decide on what way WE ALL should write Dave's Show cool

That would be cool, but the problem is... Howard would more than likely ask Prince questions, and Howard asks str8 forward questions. Prince won't answer him. THey're both strong minded individuals, but I put my money on Prince.

Imagine that, Prince and Mel Gibson on the same show. That would be weird if Prince was asked about Mel's movie.

bleep Howard Stern, Prince is too big for that. Do you ever see the guest Howard has on his show (50 Cent withstanding) they are usually has beens or porn stars or child actors who are grownups and now have nothing to do. Prince would never do a Howard Stern, he has to much class 4 that, peace!

I can't see Prince doing Howard's show. Prince is very, very, very guarded in interviews and doesn't like to be asked certain questions. Howard is all over the place and he would start asking Prince about anal sex with Appollonia and losing Mayte to Tommy Lee, and Prince would not want to put himself in a position to field such questions. Lenny Kravitz, Paul McCartney, Sting, David Bowie, and many other huge rock stars has done Howard's show and it was great, but I don't think Prince would want to go there and do such a lighthearted and unpredictable interview.
