Response to TURN IT UP 2.0

TURN IT UP 2.0 has now been out a couple of weeks and we're getting a great deal of feedback from readers. Some samples:

We are also interested in receiving feedback on omissions, mistakes, and errors. While all the details have been thoroughly examined by the staff and some additional experts, it is almost impossible to assemble so much information without making a few mistakes. We have already been notified about a few alternate versions missing from the Released Songs chapter (probably the most difficult part of the entire book to put together).
