Criteria considered includes the influence and significance of the artist's contribution to the development and perpetuation of rock and roll. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation was formed in 1983 and the first induction ceremony was held in 1986. Glad he made it in! At least there's a little bit of justice from these guys (I still think its a crime that Black Sabbath hasn't made it in yet). Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9) | |
