besides don't disbelieve someone's story just because it took awhile to be reported or it isn't a widely known incident. remember the alleged Valentine's Day concert this past Feb in St Louis or Atlanta or where ever that was supposed to have gone down? No one else ever heard a damn thing about it, before or after, but June17 swears it happened and that she was there.

I am not saying this story is true, but i do believe it's could be bogus as well. As fanatical as we all can be, I think Prince would be a little reluctant to knock on someone's door in the middle of the day preaching without security. Besides why was this house the only home on the block targeted? JWs usually move on to the next house regardless if they were successfully influential. It may be true, I find it extremely hard to believe.

Anyway we're gonna know quitte soon if this story is true or if it 's just bullshit. If it's true then we should normally hear many other people reporting that Prince knocked on their doors in the next few days. So just wait and see...

how could anybody know for sure anything about Prince and what he does (especially nowadays) unless you know him or were there for the purported incident?

this story doesn't seem that far fetched to me

he *is* with the JW now and door-to-door witnessing is an important part of their beliefs and practice. Michael Jackson went door to door when he was still a JW. so big deal if Prince does it. maybe it's difficult to reconcile him doing that with how he used to be but he is obviously changing a lot of things in his life these days and his religion is clearly very important to him and he follows its teachings devotedly. so why wouldn't he go door to door?

as for him not going to any other houses how would this woman know what he did before he got to HER house? maybe he went to other houses beforehand. or maybe he isn't so comfortable with doign the door to door thing and he is more choosy on what houses he wants to attempt going up to and for whatever reason he chose her house. who knows?

bottom line is Prince has *always* been an odd duck plus he is a celebrity and how he might conduct his door to door witnessing might not be how regular JWs do it.

and remember when the "Christ Mess" and "send back all your bootlegs!!" emails first started being reported people didn't want to believe those, either.

it's a new world these days in the Prince world and just because this particular story was presented by the infamous CJ doesn't make it necessarily untrue.
