U know guys and girls Prince just isn't invited anymore. What's Prince's status now in commercial music, it's all about commercial music.

That's the thing. Some people seem to believe that EVERYone watches these things. That's simply not true. Most people don't, and many people live without ever watching MTV.

MTV is so far away from music it's absurd. If u are someone that talks about the awards the next day, about who wore what, and who said what scripted comment, it must be a pretty good indication that u're missing something from your life.

It's all bullshit. Just give me good music. Forget all these artists, like Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake. All mediocre and none of them destined to be anything other than popular artists, whose music sadly didn't push any boundaries or stand the test of time.

When I was in the US I noticed that MTV there is not playing any video's. Only interviews and shit like that. But here in Europe (MTVE) they actually do still play video's. I am guessing that MTV is more than the MTV you know in the US. I don't know about MTV in Australia or whatever, but MTV Europe is really nice to have playing in the background, because there aren't as many commercials as the American one. So a VMA show would definately be appreciated.
