The photos looks exactly the same as the photos of John in Modern Drummer Magazine, Black hat, NPG shirt, playing on a purple kit.

The 7 page interview is a combination of John's techniques and influences and working with Prince, and briefly touches on "The Rainbow Children" sessions.

I found John's take on Michael B's playing style interesting, saying he trys to faithfully recreates his grooves to like what is on record, but when it comes to solos, John likes to put his own touch to his playing.

It is good if u like an in depth interview with John.

i have the poster of the cover photo signed by the man himself.
couldnt b assed paying $8 for the mag so i just got the poster signed for free
