A quick note on the party at the park on Friday (Saturday) the 7th/8th. Doors opened around 1:30AM with a suggested 7$ donation. The Love4oneanother room was indeed setup as described on npgonline, the stage now on the opposite side, with a large video screen behind it, and a similar one on the adjacent wall. The stage appeared to be fully setup for a jam. As per usual for a performance, people gathered in front of the stage while the DJ spun. Various videos played throughout the evening, including the TGIF performance, the October 23rd 1999 jam at the park, and a looong video montage (utilizing *quite* outdated video effects). As 3AM passed, however, it became increasingly apparent that the jam (assuming there was to be one) was cancelled. By 3:30 the crowd had thinned considerably, and sometime after 4:15 the lights came up. A 7$ dance party. Eh, oh well.
