A lot of people are bitchin and complaining about not receiving their Cd yet. People, it's December and we are right in the middle of the Christmas Season. This is the busiest time period for the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. I have my own e-commerce site that I sell gift baskets on. I make it very clear to my customers that if you place an order after Dec 10th it might not make before Christmas unless you request UPS overnight.

Obviously, the ONA Box site is not being shipped overnight. So just chillout. If you haven't received it yet, just contact NPGMC so that they can research and find out what happen.

One other thing. Put yourself in their shoes. You try shipping out 300,000 boxes right in the middle of the Christmas rush. That is a huge undertaking where they are bound to be issues and mistakes. So cut them a break...
