"Will Prince be returning the favor to Eve on her new LP?" Well..., yes & no!
I've just heard the song called 'Irresistable Chick'. It contains multiple samples of 'Irresistable Bitch', but the voice saying; "I love the way you walk, I love the way you talk, and I really dig the way you kiss, I wish I could resist." is NOT Prince! (99% sure...) So it seems they went to Warner Bros instead of NPG Records... Marcus Kuip

Prince already did her a favor by letting her rap on his record

They have too get permission from both Prince & WB to use the materterial. NPG Records has very little, or nothing to do with the WB portion of Prince's back Catalogue.

I hope they never collaborate again...Eve was a disaster on Rave

Really Gustavo...? I thought 'Hot wit U' was pretty...Hot. Prince is displaying a totally different style currently. I don't think he could or would like to add anything to a Rap album.
EVE is sexy! She is Irresistable. A business professor told me, that in situations like that, Eve would ask Prince out of respect. But legally, she can go over his head and just ask WB. That sux Blue Dont play me Blue

Hopefully we've seen the end of collabos with Prince and Eve.

While I wouldnt call it a disaster, Prince is too good for rap. I dont want him to use it

i thought the remix version of Greatest Romance was a little edgier thanks to Eve and Hot Wit U was certainly a better song because of Eve's rap...but that's just me. peace.

I thought Eve's contribution to RAVE was one of the few highlights. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

I meant to say that if she (or her people) would've gone to NPG Records, instead of WB, you'd hear Prince on the song, instead of a sample! But maybe she did do that and Prince just didn't wanna do it anyway, which I don't understand but maybe we'll find out someday...

I did too. 'Hot wit u' is not his best song, but i liked what she added to it: "Trying to turn me on - I never had this, so stop this I’m supposed 2 tremble cuz they call U ’The Artist’? Let’s wild out - can U handle ruff riding? Treat U like a freak of the week and had U hiding from me.." Works for me.

Personally I hope to not have to hear her collaborate with anyone. I don't like her singing/rapping style and it ruins the songs she's on. It's ALWAYS annoying to hear some one who actually has a singing voice (Prince, Gwen Stefani for example. Both who had duets with her) duetting with a rapper. Usually ends up sounding like someone scratching a blackboard in the middle of a Mozart performance. No insult intended to her fans.

Then she was up to the task, because Prince was a disaster on Rave too. - I have to agree with you, I didnt express my views correctly. Eve is not a disaster herself...she is just a limited rapper. The problem of Rave was more of Prince´s mentality than his collaborations. He was responsible for Rave, because he was the songwriter, arranger and producer. He made the mistake of LETTING her rap silly stuff there because he wanted to reach another audience. I am glad that Prince seems to be following his heart more and more today, and I am truly curious for his next studio album, because TRC was a good album musically.

I thought Eve was cool on Hot Wit U and she gave 'Greatest Romance' an edge...not that Prince needed it but he must have thought she would add something to the song,or he wouldn't have worked with her...
