Just caught on "TFI Friday" (TV show on UK Channel 4) with that idiot Chris Evans. Well I had to sit through Ocean Colour Scene and Mel C but it was worth the wait



They saved the performance 4 the end of the show, but during the show just be4 and after the commercial breaks, there were dancers boogying 2 the sounds of "Rave" on CD.



He played a funky version of "Baby Knows" with Sheryl Crow samples as backing vox. It sounded great in his "normal" voice instead of Camille-sound.



He really looked like his Grafitti Bridge days, and played a blue cloud guitar.



The funniest bit - he f*cked up the lyrics 4 the last verse and sang the earlier verse about "calling your boys .. trunk of an alexis .." and then realised the sang the wrong verse He then sang "ohh I'm sorry!"



Anyway obviously the NPG is still new 2 playing the new tunes ... but the horns were very tight & was full of energy. Plus Larry kept quiet, just played bass, no preaching
