It's also on Amazon. But the CDNow site also has listed the soundtrack to Graffiti Bridge with a 2006 release date, so maybe they've just goofed?

Found this on http://www.dawnation.com:
Nu old Prince CD in August!? 94 East feat. Prince "One Man Jam" (Rerelease) A new (old) Prince-related album called "One Man Jam" by "Prince with 94 East" is set to be released on July 22/August 13, 2002! Whatever it's called "Symbolic Beginnings" (1995), "94 East: The Artist Formerly Known as Prince" (2000), "Symbolic Beginning, Vol. 2" (1999) or "Minneapolis Genius" (1994) it's more or less basicly the same recording of material back from 1976 feat. Prince as musician on a couple of trax. Some songs have later been 'reworked'. The title "One Man Jam" (btw named after track 2!) has nothing to do with the latest "One nite alone" things (tour/concerts or the promotional Live EP). Further informations: Pepé Willie - Prince connection + 94 East (www.pepemusic.com) Here's the tracklist of the double CD: 01. Just another sucker 02. One man jam 03. Dance to the music of the world 04. Games 05. If you feel like dancin' 06. If you see me 07. Better than you think 08. Games (instrumental version) 09. Lovin' cup 10. Dance to the music of the world (practice session) 11. I'll always love you 12. Better than you think (instrumental version) 13. If we don't 14. Games (original version) 15. You can be my teacher 16. Lover lover lover 17. If you see me (instrumental version) Artist: Prince With 94 East Label: Recall Records (UK-Import) Cat.-No: B00069AWY Release date: August 2002
