ok someone I work with just told this now I knew nicole was adopted by lionel and his first wife but is it true that her real father is Sheila E's brother???? and that he was on the road so muchthat lionel and his wife just adopted her.

What would be the difference? Lionel Richie stayed on the go as well.

In a recent interview on T.V Lionel Richie was talking about Nicole, he said that he had gone to see prince perform and saw a child near or around the stage and had asked who she was. He said he didn't think it was a suitable environment for such a young child and he was told she was the daughter of the wardrobe lady, thats what he said, he didn't mention Pete Escovedo. Anyhow, he said he and his wife saw her again a few times and made enquiries and they decided to adopt her.

This was an interview recently on British T.V. I dont know if anyone else may have seen it too, maybe they can cooment also.

The strange thing is that I was just watching her father (Lionel) on TV last night as a judge for the EuroVision finals, and he looked like a man who didn't have a care in the world! At least not a man whose kid is f***ing around with heroin and whose wife is trying to bleed him dry for $300,000 a month...
