To quote Mr. Michael Baisden: "I said it, yes I did". š He is another Cancerian. I listened to his talk radio show when he was on WBLS, 107.5/New York FM Station. I like many talk radio programs! I used to listen to Capricorn- Howard Stern too. I have to read some of Michael's books. Cancer is the sign of The prophet, teacher, psychic, parent(4th House of the Zodiac), Capricorn rules the(10 House of the Zodiac -Career, a parent, ambition).

I hear folks really open up on this show. Prince was taking Valocyclovir (Valtrex) which is the most common treatment for herpes.

It's telling that Prince throughout his career, parsed his words in interviews because he did not want to reveal sensitive information about family, friends and colleagues out of respect for their reputations. Always well spoken, refrained from using vulgarity when doing press. Those same colleagues could not extend him that courtesy. And people wonder why he didnt trust and confide in many people. 3121 #1 THIS YEAR

She has said 3-4 things that would have been very hurtful to him over the last year or two. I thought she might be high as she was so loose-lipped.

I would be surprised if Prince never tried to get with Sheena Easton. He was quite smitten with her for a time. Sheena denies they were more than friends. I remember an old tv interview on the Arsenio Hall show where Eddie Murphy was putting the moves on Sheena sitting on the couch and Arsenio blurts out "you don't want a woman after Prince has had her."

Johns Hopkins:
In the United States, about 1 in every 6 people ages 14 to 49 have genital herpes. While there is no cure for herpes, the severity of the virus varies over the course of an infected personās lifetime. In fact, some people with the disease do not experience any symptoms for extended periods. They may still shed the virus, though, even when no symptoms are present.
I did not know this. I thought a person needed to be in the midst of an outbreak or pre-outbreak to shed the virus.

Love Chaka and I know she clearly says she "read it", but overall this is a pretty trashy interview.

FYI: condoms are not effective in preventing the transmission of herpes. . And always remember - even masturbation isnāt always āsafeā in regards to spreading STI. Iāve been informed that my opinion is worth less than those expressed by others here.

I haven't watched the interview, but the title of this thread say Chank Khan READ that he gave a girl herpes. She's not saying she knows or that he does. She might believe it, but she has no proof - according to the thread title. I heard Donald Trump had Russian hookers pee on a bed that Obama slept on. I have no proof and none was provided, but it certainly matches his personality and it's absolutely possible. Who knows?

More from the interview. Chaka says she had no idea Prince had a prescription drug problem. I remember a few days after Whitney died Chaka went on CNN and talked about doing drugs with her and Bobby. So inappropriate. Chaka has a big mouth.

It's fun to see her and Chaka just have girl talk about whatever, including Prince. Wrong! Cat said he didn't fuck her until after she quit. Check the Michael Dean podcast [Snip - luv4u]

the main dealbreaker for Chaka seems to be his height! as for the Herpes comment, it sounds like Chaka believes what she read somewhere.Prince was flat out DEFAMED after his death because people could lie about him without consequences. I remeber a whole smack of crazy stories, many of which were debunked completely (that P had HIV etc). Some crazy stuff even came from "music industry insiders" who should know better. Unfortunately, some people accepted those stories uncritically. Maybe its an American thing, we Aussies have had Rupert Murdoch a lot longer, so now when we read something we assume its bulls#@t

I would like to look at her statements a little differently. I just finished watching a documentary about George Harrison directed by Martin Scorcese. The documentary was respectful but there were many references to George's womanizing, drug use, partying as well as his commitment to spirituality, meditation, good deeds etc. I was a Beatles fan long ago but did not know much about George. I came away with a fuller understanding of him, no judgement when you are allowed to understand a person in context. Actually, I was surprised at Chaka's comments but I will tell you, it was a breath of fresh air to hear someone talking unguardedly about Prince instead of the usual shrouding, double-speak, heavy PR from the estate (which is ever-present here). Many people have herpes; big whoop. And we all know Prince was short...likely shorter than 5'3"... Yawn.

I'm pretty certain, Prince's height was very painful for him and I do not want to minimize that. He was able to manage it and create a fairly glorious life, though it was likely always in the back of his mind. Danny DeVito was short as well and handled it differently Prince had so many hurdles to overcome and we as fans are very protective of his sensitivities and want others to comply as well. However, IMO, we have veered into demanding that everyone believe things that are just not true. There seems to be a collective agreement to buy into the secrets and an outrage when others decide to speak honestly or wish to look behind the curtain. It has a cultish feel. The general public, IMO, perceives Prince more accurately than his hard-core fans.
