LOVE Brenda/Brenda's voice, LOVE the song "Blue Limousine", and I enjoy a lot of country music.

Not feeling this song at all however. I listened to it a few times to give it a chance but it's just not for me, I guess. I think it's great she did it though, to keep trying new things with the music is awesome and I'm all for that. Hopefully she'll do a new version of another great song from the old days and I'll love that one! smile

Do not like her new version at all. The original is the best. Her singing has elements of Tanita Tikarim ( who sang Twist in my sobriety ) and Cher.

The song was written as a "campy" pop song, and the lyrics reflect that, so I prefer the original music and tempo. It's actually my favorite song on the Appollonia 6 album. Brenda's voice is kick-ass on the original, and I think Susannah Melvoin's vocals mixed very well with hers. They both did a great job on the track.

Brenda still has a great voice though. Always reminded me of Chrissie Hynde's voice.

Yes she did. By far the best voice out of any in both V6 and A6. She should have had a solo album.
