Denise Matthews sermons I remember Denise doing a radio podcast in which she was talking about you must find out what is your purpose on Earth. Why did God bring you here?.....Also I believe it was the same podcast she saying "your not gonna find a wife at a club"..... She was saying your gonna have to throw away the numbers(phone numbers).....You know I think Prince was listening....

Thanks for starting this thread pnv! I've watched a few of her sermon videos on YT- a couple of them more than once. She was very firm about her conviction against fornication and I do agree, that messages could've been directed at Prince. In one from 2013, she said, " I don't believe in boyfriends, only husbands". It reminded of this lyric: "Boyfriends, you think you don't need 'em

Yeah, I hope he was. That woman was so wise. I think Prince was way more troubled by Denise's death than a lot of fans realise. His spiritual sister.

I listened to a few of her sermons out of curiosity last year, and ended up listening to more than I thought I would. They were very down to earth and helped me a lot.

Her sermons are inspirational. She talked about life. She was strong as a woman.

That's ironic. Not to contradict her sermon, long story short... DeBorah and I first met at a club. . Of course I wasn't at the club looking for a wife and I did not even dare appear to be looking or walking in her direction without causing a swift defensive posture in those around her, so she finally came over to me. How we finally got together... I think it's fair to say that Sade's "Kiss of Life" had a lot to do with it, DeBorah has explained in great detail, acting out the words as she danced for me. At that time (and to this very day) as far as she was concerned my purpose in this life was to save her.
