Ani DiFranco talking about Prince

On the Tom Robinson show Bbc radio 6, as part of a longer radio interview Ani DiFranco talks briefly about meeting and then jamming with Prince at PP.

This is a great find. I have always loved Ani, and it was a hoot to hear of her interaction with Prince. It seems like so many of the more creative types like Ani really get just how talented Prince was!

This was in 1999, not 2004 for the musicology tour.
I was at the concert she speaks of...Annie and maceo opened for bob Dylan at the Saint Paul saints baseball field.

another upcoming show broadcast on bbc 4 this time with wendy and Lisa talking about Prince it's supposed to be really good, not long after he died unfortunately.
