Jill Jones was here for a while when Vanity passed on, and I think she lives in Germany now.

So it might not be so easy for her to go back n forth right now.

Are you serious or you just having a hissy fit. or maybe you just don't get it. Non-Vip Tickets when on sale Wenesday evening, tthen VIP went on Sale Thrusday, I'm pretty sure folks have extra tickets. But having a hissy fit and marginalize the Revolution is not the way to get empahy for someone to offer you a ticket.

Um, all the tickets went on sale Thursday 11am (CST). There was a pre-Sale through a radio station but they opened up to the public on Thursday.

Does anyone know of other Prince tributes going on that weekend for fans flying in that were not able to get tickets? I was in the queue right away and after 15 mins was still not able to get tickets. I was thinking I might still try to come as my own personal memorial to First Avenue and Paisley park. I wish I could have gone before

The Star Tribune reported a couple of weeks ago that Bremer Trust said there would be some kind of celebration at Paisley Park this summer to honor Prince. You may want to hold out for that instead. No other details yet, though.

I'm not going to have a car there and chanhassen is a bit of a drive from the hotel we're staying at ...so I'm thinking about doing this tour. Its kind of cheesy - but we're only there for 3 days and dont have much time ....maybe it could be fun if other orgers do it too....

I think it's a nice tour. My wife and I did our own "Prince tour" in June and its' too bad you don't have a car because so many of the Prince sites are easy to find and fun to explore without a tour guide rushing you around. Org note me if you want some details on other things you should see/do downtown or otherwise.

Oh yes, I'll keep watching flights in hopes of some kind of celebration/memorial

The Purple Xperience is playing Sept 3rd in Illinois. Does this mean Dr Fink won't be at the Illinois show or will it be cancelled? Anyone know as this would make a difference on going to see them

Um, GhostChick - I bought my standard ticket on Wednesday 7/6 using the friends & family code. I was in how I found the code and it work. Look on page 2 of this thread, I even posted that I got my ticket on Wednesday 7/6. Few folks orgnote me on Wednesday for the code and also bought ticket too. Then on Thursday 7/7 when the other promotional presale started I bought VIP tickets.

I'm really hoping this will evolve into a tour. I was shut out of tickets. I live in Phoenix but will go to LA (used to live there) or Vegas to see this show..

Source? 1st Ave's website doesn't list a third Revolution show, and I haven't gotten a newsletter from them talking about an additional one.

While I'm happy more people are going to get to go now, this certainly sucks for all the people (like me) who specifically bought tickets and made travel plans to be at the Friday show because it was the first one. Now I'm no longer going to the first concert of the Revolution reunion.

Just want one ticket. Initially wanted a VIP ticket but now Id settle for a sitting on the bathroom floor if I had to just so I'd BE there. :-/

I figure I'll go down to First Avenue those night/s and see if I can find a ticket. I'm desperate. I didn't get to see the other Rev reunions and I've been a fan for over 30+ years and this is so important to me to attend this.
